Payment: A signed contract and a $500.00 non-refundable deposit are required at the time of booking. This reserves the time and date you requested. The Balance is due prior to departure. We are not responsible for adverse weather, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your reserved date, and receive a refund of any monies paid, excluding your deposit. Being an exclusive yacht, we may not be able to re-book for that time period.

Travel Times and Parking: Be sure your guests arrive on time, as your charter starts at the time you have reserved. Plan for summer traffic. Please consider a shuttle. Tahoe Keys Marina is now charging $8.00 per vehicle for parking.

Charter prices are based on departure from and return to the Tahoe Keys Marina.
